Guess who’s back???
It’s been a while since we talked to you
guys but now, we shall talk more! Lots, and we mean LOTS, has happened in the
entertainment industry. Award ceremonies of questionable repute and people who
make blogs just to call others fat. There was also Synik’s album and …well yah
his album. A good album that shows you what the right backing can do for your
album. Talk about making it look like Zim had ONE album last year. But don’t worry...we
heard all yalls.
We
also had new radio stations with DJ’s that talk like they were born with silver
spoons in their Cerelac. We love it a looooot!! You know Zim radio has changed so much in the
past couple of months. Sad to say that experience isn’t the biggest factor when it
comes to radio..cause erm.. well...Power Fm was supposed to have enough experience
to be untroubled. Unfortunately, (without sounding remotely biased) Power Fm
FELL OFF!! I guess people got tired of Dj Scott asking what they were up to!! Obviously,listening to your boring ass!!
There
are new stars making it quite big now. What is the music industry these days
without the mention of Junior Brown and Tehn Diamond. Zifm and Star Fm have given us greater
appreciation of our Zim Artistes and all they bring to the table.
What happened to R&B though? Where is
Prayer Soul? Oh well, we can always listen to SanniMakalima, he is sounding
more mature these days, (not that we don’t like the UMSINDO), maybe its because
his brother is back, who’s to know? Whoever is responsible..we are
GRATEFUL..THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

winner Bryan did well for himself…i aint gon say no to a whip, a stand and a
flat screen tv(what awesome prizes), hope to hear lots of good music from the singer soon. Don’t
fade away like Roy and Royce (we miss you guys) or ERIC MOYO, the perenial competion winner(and runner-up) who never releases anything
.
On the streets? Well, Karizma released a
new album, and Mariachi, MC Cut and Tatea the MC released a song on the same
day? We cant even begin to describe the chaos and emotions that ran as soon as
the song WAKE UP was available for release. On one side, an MC wants a big girl
like the Power FM presenter and on the other side she wants to be no part in
his punchline! Some called it beef, others called it art. Others played the
song 14000 times in the first twenty four hours. Hmm
Oh yah, we are still to review Karizmas NO
GUTS NO GLORY, as soon as this download works we promise to tell you. And someone jus sent us the link for Wake up..we will listen
to that too...
